Frequently Asked Questions
Purchasing means the dress belongs to you permanently (available in
standard or custom sizing), making it ideal for multiple events or as a keepsake. Renting
grants you the right to wear the dress for a specific, pre-determined event window, offering
a highly cost-effective option for single-use occasions with professional cleaning and
sanitization included.
Choose the dress, size and reserved event date online or with our showroom team. Target delivery or pickup is approximately 3 days before the event, and the complete rental must be returned in person or accepted by USPS no later than 3 days after the event. A temporary authorization hold equal to 100% of the rental order total is placed at checkout. After complete return and inspection, VogueSphere LA releases the hold immediately; banks typically take 3-7 business days to display the released funds.

Routine professional cleaning and normal wear are included. Charges apply only to documented damage beyond normal wear, missing items, unauthorized alterations or an unreturned gown, and are limited to documented repair cost or up to replacement value. Contact VogueSphere LA promptly if an incident occurs.
