Return Process

All rentals include a prepaid return shipping label. Simply repack the gown in the original packaging and ship it back within the rental period.

  1. Repack the gown in the original garment bag and shipping box
  2. Attach the prepaid return label (included with your order)
  3. Drop off at any GOFO shipping location or schedule a pickup
  4. Track your return in your account dashboard

Return Timeline

  • Standard Rental: 4 days from delivery date
  • Extended Rental: As specified in your order
  • Late Returns: $25/day late fee (max $175)

Returns are considered on time if postmarked by the due date.

Inspection Process

All returned gowns are inspected within 24 hours of receipt:

  • Normal Wear: No charge
  • Minor Issues: May incur cleaning fee ($25-$100)
  • Damage: Repair or replacement cost charged to payment method
  • Missing Items: Full replacement cost

You will receive an email with inspection results within 48 hours.

Damages and Fees

Common Damage Examples:

  • Stains (wine, makeup, food): $50-$150
  • Tears or rips: $100-$500 depending on severity
  • Missing buttons/zippers: $25-$75
  • Odors requiring special cleaning: $75
  • Total loss/unrepairable damage: Full retail value

Damage Protection: We recommend purchasing optional damage protection ($15) at checkout to cover accidental damage up to $500.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Full refund
  • After Shipment: 50% restocking fee
  • Damaged on Arrival: Full refund or free replacement
  • Wrong Item: Full refund and return shipping covered

To cancel an order, contact voguesphere.la@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

Care Instructions

To avoid damage charges:

  • Hang the gown immediately upon arrival
  • Avoid eating/drinking while wearing
  • Use stain protection spray on delicate fabrics
  • Do not attempt to clean or iron the gown
  • Store in the provided garment bag when not wearing
  • Remove jewelry that could snag fabric

Lost or Stolen Items

If your rental is lost or stolen during the rental period, you are responsible for the full retail value. We recommend:

  • Filing a police report immediately
  • Contacting us within 24 hours
  • Checking your homeowner’s/renter’s insurance coverage

Disputes

If you disagree with an inspection result:

  1. Contact voguesphere.la@gmail.com within 48 hours
  2. Provide photos or documentation supporting your claim
  3. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days
  4. If unresolved, escalate to management for final review
