These Terms & Conditions govern purchases, rentals, showroom appointments, and use of voguespherela.com. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Business Information
VogueSphere LA is operated by Vogue Sphere Global Apparel LLC. Our showroom is located at 127 E 9th Street, Suite 905, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Contact us at [email protected] or (323) 909-0858.
2. Orders, Prices and Availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Product availability, colors and sizes may change. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error is identified before fulfillment, we will contact you with available options or issue a refund for the affected item.
3. Purchase Orders
Selected in-stock items normally leave our Los Angeles showroom within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or custom items normally require 2–3 weeks of production before shipping. Carrier transit time begins after processing.
Standard-size purchase items may be returned within 15 days of delivery when unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, odors or damage, and returned with original tags. Custom-made, custom-size and altered items are final sale unless defective or incorrect.
4. Purchase Cancellations
A standard purchase order may be cancelled within 3 days of placement only if it has not shipped. Custom-made, custom-size and altered orders cannot be cancelled after submission.
5. Rental Orders
Rental orders are also governed by the Rental Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms. The event date, expected pickup or delivery date, and return deadline shown in the order confirmation control.
6. Payments and Authorization Holds
Purchase charges are collected through the payment method selected at checkout. For rental orders, VogueSphere LA may place a temporary authorization hold equal to 100% of the rental order total. This hold is not a second rental charge. After complete return and inspection, we release the hold immediately, less only documented applicable charges. The customer’s bank typically takes 3–7 business days to display released funds.
7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address errors or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Full purchase return, refund and cancellation terms are available in our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Product Care, Fit and Color
Customers are responsible for reviewing size information before ordering. Fit and color can vary by style, lighting and display settings. Purchased garments should be professionally cleaned when appropriate. Rental garments must not be washed or spot-cleaned by the customer.
9. Showroom Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability. Please arrive on time and provide accurate contact and event information. An appointment does not reserve an item unless a separate order or written reservation confirmation is issued.
10. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for accurate account information and for safeguarding your login credentials. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or inventory systems, or copy site content for commercial use without permission.
11. Intellectual Property
VogueSphere LA names, logos, photographs, copy and site design are owned by or licensed to VogueSphere LA and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
12. Liability and Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, VogueSphere LA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, carrier delays, or a customer’s failure to follow sizing, care, event-date or return instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
13. Privacy and Changes
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms for future transactions. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed in writing.
