HOW RENTAL WORKS

Choose the gown, confirm the date, return on schedule

Browse or book a fitting. Confirm that the exact style, size and color are eligible for rental.
Reserve the event date. The protected rental window is based on the selected event date and actual inventory.
Wear and return. Target delivery or pickup is approximately three days before the event; return in person or obtain USPS acceptance no later than three days after.

A temporary authorization hold equal to 100% of the rental order total is required. It is released after the complete return and inspection; banks typically need 3–7 business days to display the release. Rental cancellation is available only when requested more than seven days before the reserved event date.
