FAQ
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes. We ship ready-to-ship dresses with USPS from our Los Angeles showroom. Most in-stock selections leave within 1–3 business days.
Can I cancel a rental?
Rental orders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. Standard orders may be cancelled within 3 days if they have not shipped; custom orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.
Is a deposit charged?
A 100% authorization hold equal to the rental order total is placed temporarily at checkout. It is released after return and inspection, less any approved charges.
