These terms govern participation in the VogueSphere LA Affiliate Program. By applying or using an approved referral link, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and approval
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and receive written approval from VogueSphere LA. Applications may be approved, declined or revoked at our discretion.
2. Commission
The standard commission is 10% of the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts. Taxes, shipping charges, refunds, returns, cancellations, chargebacks and fraudulent or self-referred orders are excluded.
3. Tracking and attribution
Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. The standard tracking window is 30 days and the most recent eligible affiliate referral receives credit. Tracking depends on the customer allowing required cookies and completing the order through the tracked website.
4. Validation and payment
Commissions remain pending while an order is processed and during the 15-day refund protection period. Rejected, refunded, returned, cancelled or charged-back orders do not qualify. Approved commissions are paid using the schedule and payment method confirmed with the affiliate.
5. Promotion standards
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with VogueSphere LA and follow applicable FTC endorsement rules. Spam, misleading claims, trademark misuse, unauthorized paid search bidding on VogueSphere brand terms, cookie stuffing, false discounts and impersonation are prohibited.
6. Brand and content use
Only current, approved product information, prices, images and promotional materials may be used. VogueSphere LA trademarks and creative materials remain our property and must be removed when participation ends.
7. Changes and termination
VogueSphere LA may update the program or terminate participation for policy violations, fraud, inactivity or business reasons. Valid approved commissions earned before termination remain subject to these terms.
