Eligible standard-size purchases may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and no stains, odors or damage. The 15-day purchase return window does not apply to rentals.

Custom-made, custom-size and altered dresses are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once submitted, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

A rental order may be cancelled only when the request is received more than 7 days before the reserved event date. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not accepted.
